Complaints

Malet Lambert welcomes constructive criticism and we always try to respond positively to advice, especially from parents, whom we view as our closest partners in education. We therefore request that any complaint should be made to the Headteacher of the school (Mrs Disbrey), in the first instance. If you are not satisfied with her response or action, then you should raise your complaint with the Chair of Governors (Mrs Barker). If you remain dissatisfied you may then complain directly to the Local Education Authority and ultimately to the Department for Education and Skills. A copy of the procedures for making formal complaints regarding the National Curriculum is available from the school.
